Origin of the Sand-Dust Storms：

Realized the great significance of protecting current existing steppe to prevent the overspread of desertification area and to reduce sand-dust weather. Many parties have come to an agreement to protect Xilinguole and Hulunbeier Steppe in Inner Mongolia.
